We're Hiring: Family Law Associate Attorney

Silverman Thompson is seeking a family law associate attorney to join our team of litigators in our Downtown Baltimore Office. If you have 3+ years of experience guiding clients through complex family law matters, we’d love to hear from you at firm@silvermanthompson.com.

The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex family law issues with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and conferences
• Engage in direct client contact and case strategy
• Prepare for trial with witness interviews and evidence gathering

Qualifications:

• Maryland Bar admission required
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Experience handling divorce & family law cases
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage cases from beginning to end with moderate supervision
• Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy

Salary:

$110,000-155,000 based on experience
