Skilled Hardscape Installer/Foreman

Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, must have knowledge of laser levels, must be able to read a tape measure, must be able to operate cut saws, must be able to operate a skid loader, must be able to operate other excavation equipment, and other hardscape installation experience such as design experience.

Applicant must be familiar with interlocking paver patio material as well as segmental retaining wall construction. Also, must be familiar with base materials. 

Applicant must be able to display confident team working ability and leadership skills as well as problem solving skills. 

Applicant must have reliable transportation. Must provide current DOT safety card. Must be drug free. Must have a clean driving record. Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to provide proper employment paperwork and must be valid to work in the U.S.

Must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
